Ini Augustine is a network engineer, social innovator, and serial entrepreneur. She was the Aspiring Businesswoman of the year for NAWBO Iowa (The National Association of Women Business Owners), a Josie R. Johnson Fellow with the African American Leadership Forum, a 2018 Twin Cities Film Festival Fellow, and is currently a Docu Fellow with St. Paul neighborhood network.
David Smith
Podcast Producer
David Smith is an experienced music producer, sound engineer, and musician from Woodbury, MN. He is currently an undergraduate student at the University of Minnesota studying Business and Marketing Education. He has also done music work for billboard charting and Grammy winning music artists. Driven by his strong passion for greatness, he takes pride in being there to serve in any way you ask, with excellence and enthusiasm.

She is also the CEO of SocialWise Media Group which creates impactful marketing campaigns. Ini is the host of the Black Tech Guru podcast that informs people about tech and how it affects the black community.
